MAJESTY BAKERIES ~ Majesty Bakeries is a comprehensive wholesale bakery that produces a wide array of products ranging from all types of breads to pastries and desserts, serving predominately the casino and hospitality groups in Las Vegas. The roots of the company began in early 2011, as the management team executed on their business plan to acquire other existing and well established Bakeries in an effort to leverage each of the groups product strengths and experienced production teams, while also generating enhanced operational efficiencies. As of this date, Majesty Bakeries has purchased and is the parent company of the following groups; More Than Bread Bakery, Sanborn Bakery, Desert Bakery, Milan Bakery, Normandie Bakery and Supreme Bakery. Thanks to the fact that each of our acquisitions has enabled us to expand on our product offerings and selections we are able to offer our valued customers essentially "one-stop" shopping which we strongly feel is a competitive differentiator against our competitors who mainly focus on only one product line. The mantra of the company will be to consistently produce high quality products for all of our customers and to provide unprecedented customer service. In addition, to servicing the Las Vegas area our famous Sanborn Sourdough Breads are distributed all across the Western States and sold in retails stores such as Albertsons, Smiths, Vons, Wal-Mart, Costco and Sam’s Club. The group’s goal is to continue to aggressively expand its market share via both organic growth amongst our existing customer base and additional acquisitions that are accretive and able to be integrated. Currently, all operations are located in our 25,000 square foot facility and as we continue to grow we will look to acquire a larger facility that can accommodate our growth. The executive management team has a long record of managing large-scale global companies in the gaming and hospitality industry. Our collective experience has been focused entirely on maximizing top-line earning potential, profit margins and shareholder value, which will be an asset as we compete in this new sector.  In addition, our production management team all have 15 years or more of direct experience which allows us to seamlessly operate on a day-to-day basis, even as we integrate new acquisitions.
